BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

A Malaysian man was brought before the Bandar Seri Begawan Magistrate's Court for an offence under the Immigration Act Chapter 17.

36-year-old Joel Fadilah Bin Zulkiffli, was sentenced to 4 months imprisonment and 3 strokes of the cane for overstaying in the country after his special pass had expired for 552 days. The defendant was detained on the 15th of June 2017 in Kampung Serdang.
