The 18th Consumer Fair, one of the leading and most popular consumer and trade events in the country, will run from May 25-29 at the Bridex Hall in Jerudong.

Several booths have been booked by those from Thailand and Sarawak.

The said booths will showcase a range of decorative items, apparels, accessories and fruits of Thailand and household fittings and furniture from Sarawak.

The event also coincides with the food fest and other interesting and exciting activities.

The fair is a great platform for local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to promote and showcase their products and services not only to the locals but also the Mean market.

It seeks to create a valuable venue for Asean businesses to meet, network and establish regional and international business linkages and showcase goods and services provided by Asean member countries to fellow participants, potential investors and visitors.

The event also comes as an opportunity to discover untapped investment opportunities and to have a convenient location to browse, sample and take home the best of the vibrant far-reaching unique exotic region.

It also seeks to increase awareness on the rich Asean cultures, distinctive heritage, local cuisine and other elements.

The Consumer Fair was first introduced in 2008 and it continues to progress successfully as it showcases an increasingly wide range of products and services.
