His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, the Inspector General of Police consented to grace the 'Majlis Santap Beradat' in conjunction with the Royal Brunei Police Force 96th anniversary celebration. The function was held last evening at the Dewan Bankuet Mess of the Police Headquarters Complex, Gadong.

Also present were His Majesty's brothers and sisters; His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, the Honorary Commissioner of Police; Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna, the Commandant of Women Police and Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Norain, the Deputy Commandant of Women Police. Formed on the 1st of January 1921, the Royal Brunei Police Force continues striving to provide better quality services in-line with the developments and changing times. Now 96 years old, the Royal Brunei Police Force has planned various initiatives in order to improve its services to the people in ensuring the country's peace and stability together.
