Nusa Laila Puteri and Nusa Jaya School Hosts Combined Annual Sports

Several events were held in the combined annual sports of Nusa Laila Puteri and Nusa Jaya School in Keriam, Tutong at Berakas Sports Complex yesterday. The event aimed to encourage the community to be actively involved in sports to produce a healthy and active society, physically and mentally fit as well as to expose them towards a healthy lifestyle by doing recreational activities.

 

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. The annual activity received encouraging response from students and parents. The events were participated by pupils from kindergarten 1 up to Year 6 and secondary school students. The activities are hoped to unite and foster closer ties between the teachers, students and parents.
