IVORY COAST
Soldiers seized roads leading into the city of Korhogo in northern Ivory Coast late on Friday, a mutineer and a resident said, as disgruntled troops appeared to relaunch an army mutiny that paralyzed much of the country last week.
"We've come back to the checkpoint because we don't expect anything good from negotiations," said the soldier. "We want our money. That's why we are here."
