Intimidation Case at Petrol Station Ordered to Assist Probe

A local man, who is accused of committing criminal intimidation, was ordered by the Magistrate's Court to assist in police investigations.
Mohammad Hazman bin Awang Nasri, 31, allegedly threatened a petrol station pump attendant of Indonesian nationality by waving a metal rod to his face and shouted "do you want to die" at a petrol station in Kampong Kapok at 5pm on January 10, 2017.
Senior Magistrate Haji Nabil Daraina bin Pehin Dato Ustaz Haji Badaruddin ordered the defendant to observe obedience and released him on bail of $4,000, or in one local surety, instructing him to appear in court on January 19, 2017.
No plea was taken from the defendant as the court is waiting for the police to complete investigations.
DPP Raihan Nabilah Ahmad Ghazali represented the Public Prosecutor in the case.
