KUCHING, SARAWAK
Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate for Simunjan, Awla Dris, says he will do his best to slowly address issues and problems faced by the local people.
He said problems and issues faced by the people would be his priority apart from continuing the good works and carry out plans of the former assemblyman Datuk Mohd Naroden Majais.
Born and bred at Kampung Kelka in Simunjan, Awla said he was well aware of the problems and the various issues faced by the grassroots in the constituency.
Alwa, who has been with PBB for the past 30 years holding various posts including branch youth chief, called on the voters to give full support to BN so that it could further develop Simunjan.
He thanked Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Adenan Satem and other BN top leaders for having the trust in him to contest in the seat.
“If elected, I will do my best to address the problems and the various issues faced by the people,” he said when met on Friday.
