Officials of organizations under the umbrella of the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism on Nov 21 took part in a seminar on how to assess and write proposals for state investment projects in the information, culture and tourism sectors.
The seminar aimed to enrich the knowledge of relevant officials of planning and state investment about procedures needed while writing project proposals so that they can better mobilize foreign investments and implement state investment projects.
