Following upgrades to the Treasury Accounting and Financial Information, TAFIS System; the Treasury Department at the Ministry of Finance and Economy informed that from 1st of April 2024, the e-Invoice portal will undergo a transition process and will be converted to the Government Vendor Portal.

The Government Vendor Portal is a self-service portal, which will enable interested suppliers or vendors to participate in any quotations or tenders issued by Ministries or Departments; as well as submitting claims or invoices after supplying or providing work services to any Government agency.

Vendors are required to self-register online in order to access the Government Vendor Portal. Vendors who are already registered in the e-invoice portal are also required to register in the Government Vendor Portal. Vendors who need assistance to register in the Government Vendor Portal may attend the vendor clinics as on 1st until 30th of April 2024 at Level 3, Ministry of Finance and Economy, during working hours.
