​The Supply Bill 2024/2025, which will be utilised starting on the 1st of April 2024 will be discussed during this year's Legislative Council Meeting.

The morning session began with the Council scrutinising and endorsing the Minute of the First Meeting of the 19th Legislative Council Session that deliberated for 18 days last year from 2nd to 28th March 2023. The meeting was chaired by Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Lela Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Rahman bin Dato Setia Haji Mohamed Taib, Speaker of the Legislative Council. The council also welcomed the new Clerk to the Legislative Council.
