The 4th “Made in Laos Expo” will be held at the Lao ITECC in Vientiane Capital from Nov 28 to Dec 4 to promote Lao products which are made by the Lao people.

“This expo is to gather local products that feature some of the most outstanding creative ideas and are also excellent quality products of Laos,” Vice President of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI) Mrs Chanthachone Vongxay said at a press conference held on Nov 14.

The event is a way to continue helping producers of local handicrafts gain access to markets, seek trade partners, and exchange lessons to improve their products and services.

The expo is an important event to disseminate local products and Lao culture among the society and internationally and also attract tourists and investors to the country, she said.

Products that will be displayed at the event include handicraft products, industrial products, jewelry products, furniture, garments, medicines, tourism services, and “One District, One Products”.
