​The strong unity among the community from multiple races and religions was clearly seen during His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's presence at the Get-Together Ceremony with Citizens and Residents in Temburong District. Accompanying His Majesty were His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al- Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office; His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik; and His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen.

The citizens and residents in the Temburong District expressed gratitude for the development achieved from various aspects.

Among those that attracted His Majesty's attention was the longest woven mat presented by the Temburong District Office. Undivided loyalty to a Monarch is proof of the unity of the citizens. Leadership based on Islam and the teachings of Ahli Sunnah Wal Jamaah portrays the success of His Majesty's leadership in strengthening national civilization.

Temburong District continues to progress with the 'Satu Kampung Satu Produk' or One Village One Product programme. His Majesty and members of the royal family then attended a luncheon. Doa selamat was read by Pengiran Dr. Haji Badaruddin bin Pengiran Abdul Rahman, Temburong District Syariah Subordinate Court Judge.

A detailed planning of the development agenda for the Temburong District, emphasizes the interests of current and future generations.
