His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah ibni Al- Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, the Honorary Life President of the SEA Games Federation and President of the Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council graced the Closing Ceremony of the 32nd Southeast Asian Games at the Morodok Techo National Stadium, Phnom Penh.

The 32nd Southeast Asian Games closing ceremony was officiated by Mr. Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Cambodia hosted for the first time the largest sports games event in Southeast Asia. A speech was delivered by His Excellency Doctor Thong Khun, President of Cambodia National Olympic Committee as Chairman of SEA Games Federation, and the second speech was made by Mr. Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh, ' Chairman of Cambodia SEA Games Organising Committee.
