Brunei Paintballers Set to Take Part in Asia Cup in KL

To further develop and promote the sport of paintball in the country, the National Paintball Association Brunei Darussalam or PANTAS together with the support of the Royal Brunei Technical Services (RBTS) and Ministry of Culture Youth and Sports, sent the Brunei paintball national teams to participate in the Nations Cup 2016 at the Paintball World Cup Asia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on October 20 to 23.
The Brunei paintball national teams were selected to compete in Group C, going against Thailand and Australia.
Three Brunei paintball teams comprising Leakside Jokerz Aisawan (LJA), Brunei IGNITE Paintball Team and SATU will also participate in the Divisional Games (Div 3) in the 2016 Paintball World Cup Asia while one RBTS Freelance Marshal, Abdul Zulikram bin Haji Omarsidi, marshalled one of the most intense paintball competitions in the region.
The Brunei Paintball national teams were accompanied by the Vice-President PANTAS Pengiran Shahminan bin Pengiran Haju Abdul Rahim as Team Manager 1 and the Manager of RBTS Paintball Arena, Pengiran Saharuddin bin Pengiran Haji Tuah as Team Manager 2. The teams left Brunei for Kuala Lumpur on October 19.
