​His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, in a titah congratulated Cambodia on the success of its ASEAN Chairmanship. His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam made the titah at the State Luncheon in conjunction with His Majesty's State Visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The State Luncheon was hosted by His Majesty Priah Bat Sam Nak Priah Boro Monit Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia.

Accompanying His Majesty was His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen. His Majesty's State Visit began with an Audience Ceremony from His Excellency Samnak Chou Wi Wiyang Kong Som Ol, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace of Cambodia. Also present were His Excellency Kuy Sophal, Privy Councillor of His Majesty King Norodum Sihamoni and His Excellency Okh Nia Datuk Doctor Othsman Hassan, Senior Minister in charge of Special Mission, as Minister-in-Attendance.

His Majesty received in audience the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace of Cambodia, who presented the State Visit Program and Invitation Card as well as two baskets of flowers from His Majesty Priah Bat Sam Nak Priah Boro Monit Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia; and Her Majesty Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk.
