​His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah stresses for the resolution of the local da'ie to prepare themselves with various skills, until able to be on par with overseas speakers, should be maintained until the country has truly achieved it.

In the titah in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul celebration for 1444 Hijrah/2022 broadcast nationwide through Radio Television Brunei, His Majesty invites the Muslim ummah to continue enlivening the country with selawat as the Monarch sees the impact of reciting selawat as still relevant and in fact important with the world's situation of still being faced with various trials and challenges. His Majesty likens the glorification of the Prophet Muhammad Shallallu 'Alaihi Wasallam's Maulud celebration as a manifestation of the Muslim ummah's love for the Prophet, even though the Muslim ummah has never met the Prophet.
