Muhammad Najhun conveyed, to the people of Murung Raya Regency, especially in areas prone to natural disasters, to always be vigilant and careful because this month has entered the rainy season.

Therefore, the public must be vigilant and anticipate the occurrence of natural disasters. Anticipation can be done by doing community service, cleaning waterways or rivers. So that the water can flow smoothly and not clogged causing flooding. If the water is not running smoothly, it is feared that the water will overflow into residential areas.

As for landslides, Muhammad Nujhan added, they usually occur in areas, such as Laung Tuhup sub-district, Tanah Siang sub-district and Murung sub-district. People who live in the hills are asked to be vigilant. If a disaster occurs, immediately report to the relevant agencies.
