Tahlil for HM's Late Parents, 23rd Civil Service Day

A Tahlil ceremony was held tor the late parents of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni AlMarhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam at the Royal Mausoleum yesterday in conjunction with the 23rd Civil Service Day.
The Tahlil recitation was led by Faizal bin Rosli, Mosque Affairs Officer. Present at the ceremony were Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mohamad Roselan bin Haji Mohamad Daud, Acting Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Dato Paduka Awang Haji Hamdan bin Haji Abu Bakar, Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister's Office in their capacity as advisers to the executive committee of the 23rd Civil Service Day celebration.
Also present were the permanent secretaries, deputy permanent secretaries, heads of department, senior officers and staff from the government.
This year's celebration is themed `Tranformation Toward Civil Service that is Progressive'. The theme emphasises the importance of Civil Service that is viable in constantly preparing an ecosystem and environment that is best for the people of Brunei Darussalam.
