The Ta'dil As-Suluk Programme aims to provide awareness and information on offences under the Syariah Penal Code Order, 2013. The programme involved Sanah 9 students from the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha Girls Secondary Arabic Religious School, Katok.

 

It is hoped to share the self-protection rights for victims of abuse and sexual crimes in issues related to domestic violence under the Dharar Syar'ie Section of the Islamic Family Law Act, Chapter 217. The briefing on the Syariah Penal Code Order, 2013, measures to tackle social symptoms and the Dharar Syar'ie section was delivered by Dayang Mahani binti Awang Hj Suhaili, Special Grade Syariah Law Officer from the Islamic Law Unit and Dk  Norleilawati  Binti Pg Salleh,  Religious Officer, Religious Enforcement Section.
