During the media conference, the Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy also informed that the vending machines are being installed at twenty locations. The list of vending machines locations and private clinics for the sale of 'ART kits' will be released on 5th March 2022.

Members of the public can purchase from any seller including online vendors if the cost of ART kit is considered reasonable and there are ART kit brands that are preferred. Members of the public are advised to ensure that the quality of ART kits purchased are in accordance with the set standards and included in the list that has been approved by the Ministry of Health. The list of ART kits allowed for sale in Brunei Darussalam can be obtained by visiting the Ministry of Health's website; 'www.moh.gov.bn'.
