 March 1st, 2022  |  08:08 AM  |   258 views

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

The small print edition of the Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University Mushaf, UNISSA is the first to be written and designed entirely by locals. The Mushaf UNISSA is used as the head of the procession at every UNISSA's Hafl Al-Takarruj.

Among the specialties of the mushaf, it has six different 'jidar' designs with motifs of local flora plants combined with the design and construction of mosques in the country apart from prioritizing reader-friendly writing. Meanwhile, the wakaf mushaf project is also open to the public. Those who wish to perform waqaf or make contributions are to complete the e-form through the UNISSA website www.unissa.edu.bn or visit the UNISSA campus. The Mushaf is sold at $20 per copy. For more information, visit the UNISSA website.
