The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports in the media conference also informed the updated guidelines during the endemic phase for facilities and premises under the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports starting today, 15 December 2021. Based on the measures or guidelines for the Early Endemic Phase, venue capacity is limited to 75 percent of premise capacity or not more than 300 persons including users and staff at one time; face masks should be worn at all time except when engaging in high-intensity activity; practise social distancing and ensure cleanliness of facilities.

Centres for Differently-Abled People will begin its operation on 3 January 2022. Staff including support staff must be fully vaccinated with Green or Yellow BruHealth Colour Codes. Meanwhile, trainers and students must be fully vaccinated with Green or Yellow BruHealth Colour Codes and should be capable of handling themselves. Staff, support staff, trainers and students are required to undergo bi-weekly Antigen Rapid Testing, ART.
