To further enliven the Brunei December Festival 2021 and promote a culture of reading among the community during the school holidays, the Language and Literature Bureau for the first time held a Year End Book Sales Promotion. The promotion is held until the 24th of December 2021.

Special discounts of 10 to 70 percent are offered according to the year the book is published. Package sales are also available including Brunei Cuisine Package and Dictionary Package. During the promotion, all magazines and journals published by the Language and Literature Bureau are sold at a 20 percent discount. The promotion is held at the Language and Literature Bureau Bookstore, Old Airport, Berakas from 8:15 in the morning to 1 in the afternoon. According to Dayang Nor Rafidah binti Haji Mokhtar, Language Officer, customers can come directly via walk-in or make reservations online at 729357 or message through Instagram Kedai Buku DBP.
