AGC Received Visit From Bangladesh NDC Delegates

The Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) yesterday received an official visit from a delegation of 22 personnel of the National Defence College (ADC) of Bangladesh who are currently in the Sultanate until tomorrow.

 

Headed by Air Vice Marshall, M Sanaul Huq, Senior Directing Staff (Air) in the NDC of Bangladesh, the delegates were briefed on the 'Overview of Attorney General's Chambers and Brunei Dual Legal System' by Counsel at the Legislative and Research Division, Awang Haji Afif Daraina bin Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin.

 

Also present during the visit were Alice Khan binti Ahmad Khan, Legal Draftsman and Senior Officers of the AGC. The visit concluded with an exchange of gifts.
