Ministry Culture, Youth and Sports held a Doa Selamat and donation handover earlier today for their officers and staff who will be performing the Haj pilgrimage  this year.

the  ceremony took place at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Surau. A total of 6 officers and staff members from the ministry will be leaving for Haj.

Present to hand over donations was Yang Berhormat Minister of Culture, Youth & Sports, Major General (Rtd) Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof. together with permenent secretary, acting permanent secretary, directors of Ministry Culture Youth and Sports and  Officers and Staff.

The ceremony began with the reading of Al-Fatihah and followed by a Tazkirah delivered by Ustaz Dr Hj Andas Haji Ismuhadi bin Haji Abdullah from Ministry of Religious Affairs.
