The AFC U-14 Regional Festival of Football 2016 was officially closed by Dato Paduka Dr. Haji Affendy bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Muluk Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports at the Berakas Sports Complex.

The closing ceremony started with a speech by Pengiran Haji Mohiddin bin Pengiran Haji Badaruddin, NFABD General Secretary, followed by a speech by Dr. Shamil Kamil Mohammed, AFC Festival Manager.

 Souvenirs were then presented to all participating teams and Laos was presented the Fair Play Award.
