Around 228 new intake of Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) completed a Ta'aruf Week yesterday.

The students comprised of successful applicants who are now in an undergraduate religious teacher programmes, high diploma religious teacher programmes, post-graduate programmes and PhD programmes.

This year is the 10th Ta'aruf Week, which was organised by KUPU SB Student Affairs Section for new students to expose the new students to the importance of understanding the philosophy, vision and mission of KUPU SB. The closing ceremony of the Ta'aruf Week was held yesterday at the KUPU SB Hall.

Among the highlights of the event was the speech by Dr. Haji Adanan bin Haji Basar, the Acting Ra'es of KUPU SB.

The speech was delivered by his representative during the closing event, Ustaz Dr. Abang Haji Hadzmin bin Abang Haji Taha, the Acting Deputy Ra'es of KUPU SB.

In the speech, Ustaz Dr. Abang Haji Hadzmin reiterated the objective of the establishment of KUPU SB, which is to develop human resources that could produce knowledgeable, skilled and pious society.
