BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

A Bangladeshi man was charged with an offence under Chapter 15 (1) of the Immigration Act Chapter 17 for overstaying in the country.

38-year-old Milon, holder of passport number BB0109731, was arrested during an inspection by the Immigration and National Registration Department at a house in Perpindahan Rakyat Jati Kampung Mata-Mata Gadong. He was sentenced to 6 months imprisonment and 3 strokes of the cane.
