Bandar Seri Begawan: The Alliance Française de Brunei (AF Brunei) organised its monthly cooking class, this time introducing how to make macarons.
Everybody knows and loves those delicious French pastries but not everyone knows how to make them. The preparation requires a lot of precision and patience. The recipe was kindly presented by Yvan Boucher, employee at AF Brunei, who was assisted by all AF Brunei's team.
Fourty-five persons of all age and background participated in this very successful activity. The atmosphere was very friendly and everyone highly appreciated the evening. People were then offered around 250 macarons that Yvan Boucher and AF Brunei's team had prepared the day before for the occasion.
The AF Brunei is very glad and proud to see how much people in Brunei are interested in French cuisine and invites everyone to join the association and participate in its activities.
