I feel really sorry for our ruler.. He has provided us with just about everything that Bruneians want.. Free Education, Health Expanses, Homes (PERPINDAHAN) and so many more.. Just name it.. But, in stead of returning the favor it seems like we're a little bit too proud of it.. This is what people like to say "nah.. kana sebigi.." And thats the truth.. Even though i am not employed under the government, I can see, hear and feel how the system runs.. And we all know that it's a little bit off pace and needs some improvements. But the only thing that stops us is 'fear'.. And now My King.. Your King just had enough.. come on.. How many times have we heard from friends and relitives about them not being happy by how things are so slow.. and everytime we want an answer it's always, apa kata org?? "masih dalam process..." but until when are we going to improve on that type of attitude? The HM's absalutely 100% correct on reminding all of us to have a more "PROACTIVE" attitude.. And to that, my only theory is that, it's not for only those people or departments.. BUT TO ALL OF US.. Government or non-government workers.. Top Officials or low ranked employees..
