Singapore: A new set of guidelines will be launched early next year to improve the safety of staff working at heights.

This new framework will focus on training of workers, supervisors, assessors and managers.

Co-developed by the Workplace Safety and Health Council and the Manpower Ministry, the guidelines were announced at a forum Wednesday.

In the last five years, more than 100 workers have died from fatal falls.
