From a distance, 21@KB, the newly completed apartments by PTAS exudes an air of mystery. This enclosed compound suggests a secure and luxurious lifestyle that's ideally suited to contemporary living. Its majestic brick walls give it a distinct look that catches the eye from a distance.

We had the privilege of going behind the gate, to preview what many can only admire and imagine from the outside.

This two-acre estate was built with the goal of developing a living space like no other in Brunei.
