Every year on the day after Thanksgiving, millions of Americans wake up before sunrise, make their way to the local mall and prepare themselves for the insanity that is Black Friday.
As the unofficial start of holiday shopping, stores offer sizable sales and promotions, frequently on big-ticket electronics like TVs and computers. Shoppers have been known, on occasion, to resort to Hunger Games-inspired tactics in the pursuit of the best deals.
To help you cope with the stress of holiday shopping, we are hoping that you'll share some images of your Black Friday experience with us. How crazy are the lines at your local Best Buy or Target? How early did you wake up this morning? What bargains did you grab? Did you notice anything unusual or outstanding?
Send us your Black Friday photos by including the hashtag #MashFriday with your photo posts on Twitter and Instagram. And while we all love a great sale, we would be devastated to see another tragic story about someone being trampled by overeager shoppers, so be careful out there! Stay safe and sane, and good luck landing a great bargain!
