Pehin and Datin visited the Malay Heritage Centre in Singapore which was re-opened by Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on 1 September 2012. The Centre aims to provide visitors with a better understanding of the Malay community in Singapore as well as how the community has progressed and contributed to the development of Singapore. It will also be an important platform in helping Singaporeans better appreciate our multi-cultural heritage, shared traditions and ethnic cohesion.

Pehin Badaruddin's visit is a reflection of the strong and deep ties that Singapore and Brunei share.
