Bandar Seri Begawan - A 20-year-old man has pleaded guilty to raping his sister on three counts before the court yesterday after being arrested on his absence from attending trial for the first day two days ago.

Justice Dato Paduka Steven Chong has fixed the case for sentencing on September 22.

The defendant, an older brother, had raped his 14-year-old sister in 2010 and twice in 2011 and had caused the victim to give birth to a baby.

DPP Pg Hjh Hana Pg Hj Mohammad prosecuted the case.
