Woman Who Hit 150km/H Mark Down Highway Fined

Bandar Seri Begawan - A thirty-four-year-old woman who tore down the Tutong-Muara highway at a speed of 150km/h at Kilometre-34 was one of the many motorists who were issued a fine in a speed-trap operation being conducted by traffic police from the Traffic Control and Investigation Department.

Twenty fines were issued during the operation which involved 16 personnel.

The traffic police once again reminded the public to adhere to the road rules and regulations and to be extra cautious when behind the wheel.

The operation is continuously being conducted to ensure road safety in an effort to reduce the number of accidents on the road.
