Bandar Seri Begawan - Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) will be organising the second edition of its Convo Run in conjunction with its 24th Convocation. It will feature a 10km run and a 3km Fun Run, which will begin and finish at the Chancellor Hall on Sunday, November 4.

According to the press release from UBD, registered participants will be given a Convo Run T-Shirt and a certificate of participation as well as entitled to a lucky draw. Registration will be closed on October 31.

The 10km Convo Run is divided into four categories: Male Open category, Female Open category, Male Veteran category, and Female Veteran category. The veteran category is open for participants aged 45 years and above.

In each category, the first-place winner will receive $250 while the first runner-up will win $200. The third-placed winner will receive $150 and all top five finishers will be given a 'Top 5 Finisher Medal'. No prizes will be awarded in the 3km Fun Run as it will be a noncompetitive event.

Organisers would like to remind all registered participants to come early as the flag-off timefor the 10km run is at 6.30am and the 3km Fun Run will start at 6.45am. The run will begin with a light aerobics session at Gam.
