Bandar Seri Begawan - Silver Dolphin, with Dato Hamdillah as its chairman, had just conducted another focus group session with some 30 students from Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) at The Core, UBD. Similar to the previous focus group session involving mothers and children that was held at the Citis Square food court in September, the latest focus group session aimed to gauge the responses and feedback of the food tasting of the Halal "Made In Brunei" Simply Delicious Brand sausages among students.

The focus group organisers also gathered the viewpoints of the students in terms of the fast food culture among the youths and having a food association to drive the food industries in Brunei.

Mr Mani, the manufacturer of the sausages said that "Simply Delicious sausages are the healthier choice sausages as the chicken is made from skinless chicken breast and the beef is made from lean beef forequarters".

Mohammad Shreeza, an undergraduate, stated that the fast food culture among youths will continue to grow and is a trend in the business world. The government has a role in helping to promote and provide financial help to develop the local food manufacturing industry in Brunei and a Brunei Food Association in Brunei will be helpful to achieve this, he added.

The Simply Delicious range of sausages includes Chicken Vienna, Chicken Sausage, Chicken Cheese Vienna, Chicken Cheese Sausage, Beef Vienna, Beef Sausage, Beef Cheese Vienna, Beef Cheese Sausage and Made-to-order Beef Burger.

The sausages can be purchased at Jaya Hypermarket, SimKim Huat (Manggis), Pertama Store Jerudong, First Emporium Seri, Milimewah Lambak, Teguh Raya, Aris Jaya, Orbit Store, Sifana, Soon Lee Seria, Usaha Tasbih, Hua Ho Gadong, Delima, Bunut, Mulaut and Tutong and Supasave Mabohai.
