Tutong Hospital Celebrates Hijrah

Tutong - PMMPMHAMB Hospital in Tutong held a thanksgiving ceremony to celebrate the new Islamic year of Hijrah 1434.

The guest of honour was Awg Shamsul Bahrin bin Hj Mohd Hussain, Acting Tutong District Officer. The ceremony began with a recitation of the Surah Al-Fatihah and continued with a welcoming address by Awg Hassan bin Amat, Head of Tutong Religious Officer as co-chairman of the event.

Although the event was meant to present prizes to babies born during the Hijrah celebration, there was no Hijrah baby in Tutong Hospital this year.

The event was attended by representative members of the State Legislative Council, the CEO of PMMPMHAMB Hospital, Tutong, as well as Penghulus and village heads.
