Bandar Seri Begawan - Titek Sandora Hj Johara emerged as the winner of the 4th Giant Idol, a talent competition organised by Giant TMC (B) Sdn Bhd, and took home a Giant voucher worth $1,500 at the Giant Hypermart in Tasik Rimba yesterday.

Present as the guest of honour was YAM Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Wadood Bolkiah bin YAM Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz.

The competition, which was supported by MediaHub Integrated Marketing Solutions, Fleet Resources Development Sdn Bhd, The Body Shop, Rosken and Kenny Rogers, is an annual project aimed at providing a platform for aspiring singers.

Among the highlights were a special guest performance by local artiste Maria, who is also a brand ambassador for Rosken and an invited judge last night, and a group performance by AJ Dancers.

Haslinah bte Hj Yahya came second in the competition, while Hafizah Sapry claimed third place. They received Giant vouchers worth $750 and $500 respectively.
