Tutong - After several weeks of auditions, Stardom Quest 2 (SQ2) is taking a break for school exams and will resume by the end of November.
A lot of talent from different districts have been seen and the last audition will be held in the capital city, a press release stated.
Last weekend SQ2 travelled down to Tutong and selected another 13 contestants, which included solos and groups. The SQ2 team also stopped by Jerudong International School ( JIS) on Wednesday, where an exception to the age group rule was made, where students as young as eight years old, auditioned for the contest.
The final audition will be held in November and the public can stay updated on the events on radio, newspaper advertisements or on the contest's Facebook page at www.facebook, com/stardomquest2.
S02 is a singing competition with the theme 'One Music, One Family, One Brunei' and is open to locals between the ages of 12 to 40. Contestants can choose either Chinese, English or Malay songs to perform during the audition.
The contest is still open for registration and interested members can register online at www.stardomquest2-reg.co.cc/ or visit the sponsoring partners companies to get the registration forms.
The contest would not be a success without the sponsors and they are: Fitness Zone, IA Salon, B-List -Media, Jen Studio, Kingston, Hui Huang Enterprise, The Faceshop, Deseo, Aewon, KFC, Aiking Trading Co Sdn Bhd, 03, The Airport Mall, Cantik Beautyline, Sri Lembayung, Radisson Hotel, Sony Music and Imagine Music SG.
The contest is also still accepting new sponsors for the event.
