Tutong - A tahlil for the late Hj Razak bin Hj Metasan, Tutong's oldest known citizen (who appeared in the Weekend Bulletin, February 25, 2012) was held recently in Kampong Layong. The centenarian passed away September 20, 2012 at the age of 111.
