SMSB Holds Open Day

Bandear Seri Begawan - Legislative Council member YB Hj Ramli bin Hj Lahit, who is also the Penghulu of Mukim Telisai, officiated the Open Day of Sufri Bolkiah Secondary School (SMSB), Tutong District. The Open Day was held from November 19 until 21 at the school's Ruang Legar Bangunan Baru and opened to members of the public.

The event was part of the school's response to the Ministry of Education's call for producing highly competent students for the globalised world. The Open Day also encouraged student innovation, creativeness and teamwork in extra-curricular activities (ECA).

In addition, the event also gave opportunity for parents and guardians to learn about CCA participated by their children. Apart from that, the Open Day also encourages student- dedication, innovation and individual creativeness as well as to improve teamwork between SMSB teachers and students.

Parents and guardians were also given an opportunity to learn about the academic activities and ECAs that their children participate in at school.
