Bandar Seri Begawan - Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) is delighted with the positive response towards the Standard Chartered Half-Marathon Brunei 2013 since its official launch.

Jennifer Kang, Head of Corporate Affairs and Marketing, said "Response this year has been very positive so far. Publicity around the launch was featured in Wednesday's paper and in that one day alone, we hit over 250 online registrations."

The Standard Chartered Half-Marathon Brunei 2013 will be held on April 7 at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium and will feature four running categories: Half-Marathon, 10km, 5km and 2.5km.

Those interested can sign up online now at www.scbruneihalfmarathon.com or throughout the Bank's seven branches from January 14. The first 500 participants who sign up via the online platform will each receive an early bird gift of a Soleus energy band which will be given out during Race Entry Pack Collection.
