Kuala Belait - The Brunei Shell Joint Venture (BSJV) companies will be organising its annual 'Wheels and Heels' Run on Thursday, October 11, within Panaga, Seria area.

As a result, the public are reminded that several roads will be temporarily affected for a few hours on the day and advised to plan and take alternative routes during the event, to drive with extra care and follow all instructions given by the Traffic Police present in the area.

According to a press release, the whole of Jalan Utara, Panaga from E1 (Jalan Maulana Roundabout) to E16 (Jalan Sungai Seria) will be closed completely to the public from 6.15am to 8am.

Only a single lane of Jalan Tengah, Seria will be opened from 6.40am to 8am, starting from F1 (Jalan Singa Menteri/Mumong Roundabout) to F16 (Garrison). Roadusers going to the Panaga Primary School and the Panaga Police Station may use this open single lane and also advised to plan their travel times as some traffic congestion is to be expected.

As an alternative route, all other roadusers especially travellers to Kuala Belait or Seria, are strongly advised to use the Seria Bypass.
