Senior Magistrate Lailatul Zubaidah Hussain heard that Hj Jafri went to Milimewah Department Store in the capital during a 'No Plastic Bag' weekend on November 10, 2012 where he simply took a pair of CK Jeans and placed it into his carrier bag.
The defendant left the store unnoticed and roamed free when he later went to a small alley nearby at Jalan Jintan Manis.

The court yesterday ordered for the recovered stolen item to be returned to its rightful owner. DPP Dk Nurul Pg Rosli prosecuted the case.
