Bandar Seri Begawan - Five astonishing luxurious properties from Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Singapore and Kota Kinabalu were showcased at the Mutiara Ballroom of the Radisson Hotel yesterday and the showcase will continue until October 14, organised by Bruworld Real Estate.
The properties were developed by an international award winning developer, SP Setia Bhd Group and five teams from respective properties were there to assess and brief customers in giving more descriptive information regarding the properties.
The exhibition showcased two models of the five properties, which are located in Melbourne, Singapore and Penang, with two new additional properties in Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu. The properties at the exhibition are 18woodsville in Singapore, Fulton Lane in Australia, the highest residence apartment in Penang island, Malaysia and the new Setia Sky Residences in Kuala Lumpur, as well as the Kota Kinabalu Aeropod.
The current exhibition showcased two new properties, namely the Kuala Lumpur Sky Residences and the Kota Kinabalu Aeropod.
The Kuala Lumpur Sky Residences showed the actual 3-D model of how the property will look like upon completion. The 40-storey Kuala Lumpur Setia Sky Residences is a serviced residence property located at the Intersection of Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz, acquiring a total land area of 5.96 acres. It is also a free-hold type of land tenure.
The property will have a total number of 225 units consisting of studio types, one bedroom unit, two bedroom units and three bedroom units. Each unit will be priced at RM900 per square feet.
