Prisons Department Special Operations marked its 16th anniversary yesterday and a thanksgiving ceremony was held in the presence of the Acting Director of Prisons Department, Hj Ismail bin Hj Murat. The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah AlFatihah, followed by a Tahlil and Doa Selamat.
