Prime Minister's Office Web Site Hacked

  • PDF

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Prime Minister's Office web site was apparently hacked last night as one of the readers informed the Bulletin.

The website www.pmo.gov.bn opened to a page with the title "Hacked" with words in bracket 'saying "TalBan TeaM", "Osma Ben LaDen" and "We did not invent Terrorism".

The top of the page had what looked like Arabic inscriptions with a sword beneath and the web site opened to an English song.

The page was signed off by "Evil-Hacker" with an email address.

This was not the first time a Brunei Government web site has been hacked and despite having the latest software to ward off such acts, hackers continue to find loopholes to deface web sites throughout the world.
