PR To Go On Trial For Theft, House-Breaking

Bandar Seri Begawan - A 41-year-old permanent resident is going for trial on October 31 and November 3 this year against charges of committing theft and house-breaking.

Rosman bin Abdullah Nyambong @ Buman anak Nyambong denied a first charge of thieving a car belonging to a woman and breaking into the Brunei Shell Petroleum housing on August 7 this year.

DPP Dk Nurul Pg Rosli informed Chief Magistrate Hj Abdullah Soefri PD bin Hj Abidin that the prosecution will be producing about 10 witnesses.

The defendant is out on bail of $10,000 or two local sureties.
